Korea is a divided country, South and North.
Since it is geographically surrounded by sea on three sides, and North Korea is in contact with China. I can’t go to other countries by land. It’s not an island, but it’s like an island, you have to take a boat and fly on an aeroplane to move to another place.
When I thought about New Zealand, I thought it was similar to South Korea in that it was an island country composed of North and South islands, although the reasons for the division were completely different.The geographical location of Wellington, which is located between the North Island and the South Island, where strong winds are created by the divide between the land masses, it felt very interesting.
In this performance I will be bringing in air from my island to your island, I will be melding, mixing, blending the air using a collection of tools.
